Another lovely few days at the Blacksmith Arms.Great friendly owners and staff who couldn't do enough for us.One issue with a leak in the bathroom that was sorted out as soon as they were notified about it.Food is great quality especially the puddings.A great selection of beers and other drinks at the bar.A lovely small friendly village in a great location for exploring Hadrians wall and the Northern lakes, Carlisle and the solway coast - Gordon Coupe
Every thing needed for a nice evenings stay. Loverly staff, great food and comfortable room with excellent shower. All in a setting af a perfect village pub in a quiet setting. Would definitely stay again. - K
